Mageia is another os developed by linux and it is of UNIX like family system.
It first came to scene in the year 2011 month of december.Till now 4 versions have been developed.It is the OS developed both for the server and Desktop versions...

Today I reveal the characteristics and facts associated with it.

Desktop environment

Like many other distributions, Mageia uses all major desktop environments. Similar to Mandrake/Mandriva Linux, KDE is the main and the most used environment. End-users can choose from KDE and GNOME for the small installation DVD edition, any environment in full DVD edition and LXDE on the dual-arch CD.
